Will my psu handle this system?

Hello,
I'm going to purchase new system but I purchased new psu 2 months ago because of cable length so I wouldn't really like to get another one.
Gigabyte HD 7950 Windforce 3, probably gonna OC to 1100/6500 or so
i5-3570k, will get it to around ~4Ghz
2x 4GB Ram
ASRock Extreme4 Z77

Yup you'll be alright, may want to look into something a little stronger (but not by too much) in case you want to go crossfire in the future, or overclock your gpu's and cpu even further, but still that psu is plenty

Nope, I'm not getting crossfire.
So will it be fine even overclocked and under heavy load?

Your system won't use more than 400w with overclocks.
