BF3 artifacting

Never had any problems before, but now this happens every other day.. Sometimes every day frown.gif I do run steam and BF3
Edit: also the card has no overclocks, I disabled the ones in my sig a long time ago frown.gif





Here is an error I got last match... its a 1GB card if anyone cares lol

well, i would try doing a driver update, and then a re install of the game if that does not fix it. if neither of those work try making sure the card is properly seated in your pci slot. and if all else fails id hate to assume its dieing but i had some nasty issues like this back in the day when i had a couple of gpus go out on me, so your card might be going out.

ninja edit: this seems to be sorta a common issue, and one person claims a fix down the page, seems to be just drivers and dx11 install.

Yeah rebooted after updates, no error just crazy artifacting, going to start up again but monitor the temperature

did you also try re installing your dx11 drivers? try doing a repair install though origin see if that does not fix it.

I installed dxwebsetup again, rebooted, just did repair install.. Didnt find anything wrong

maybe try the dx installer in the bf3 folder in your program files, under the folder _installer

i found my dxsetup in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3\__Installer\directx\redist

btw what nvidia drivers you running?
