I don't think there is currently such thing as a mini-ITX-only case that has 6 drive bays.

Anyway, why would you want your HTPC to be that big, and suck that much juice? If you don't like regular NAS products and wish to roll your own, I hear great things about the HP microserver. Divide and conquer, 1 HTPC and 1 NAS.

Anyone has any overclocking experience with the ASRock FM2A75 Pro4 ATX motherboard?

Prodigy has more than 6 bays... and its a M-itx case.

There has to be a decent market for this kind of solution as most of the marketed nas solutions are just terrible!!
I currently operate a FM1 Llano A6 on the A75 Deluxe board from Asus. However, i had to purchase a sata card to give me enough ports, thus i lost the flexibility to put in an extra dedicated card if i so wished.
So my question is....
Where is this board?
FM2A85X-ITX
Everything i want..... can't find it anywhere.
I'll combine it with the A10-5700 (or maybe 5800k)
7 ports...
But nowhere to be found.

I asked their sales department, and they said this.

"Should be by end of the month and estimate MSRP is $115.99. Thanks "

*edit* wow their sales department works fast, I got a reply in 2 minutes.

Must've not been ASRock Asia... They took usually 2 to 3 days to reply to me.

ASRock Netherlands on the other hand got a reply in less than half an hour, in a consistent basis.

@dav3yb: I bet it doesn't. They got so much crap fall on their heads with the FM2A75M-ITX.

Yeah. I just hope they get to the root of the issue and don't just slap a heat spreader on it to help keep the issue at bay.
hmm semi tempted to get the A85X but the only issue is selling the A75 to someone and only to have it burned out and blame be for for it. well its not like my A75 is failing on me though

Who cares. It's his/her issue if the board burns, not yours.

BTW, just did a 3DM Vantage run with the following:

GPU core at 760MHz
CPU core at 3.4GHz, no turbo. 1.15V
Memory at 8-9-8-27 1T 1.7V

The result, some impressive P5840!! That means it's faster than the system running Turbo'd to 3.7GHz, memory at 8-9-8-24 2T, and GPU at 930MHz!!

I'm running it at 930MHz GPU now, reporting soon. Rest of the settings identical.
