need some quiet case and heatsink fans

Title pretty much days it all. I'm in the market for some quiet case and heatsink fans.
Full specs are in sig.

My current setup is noticeably quieter than my previous one, but it still doesn't cut it. It doesn't help either that one of my heatsink fans is faulty and is making a high pitched noise, Atleast I think that's what it is. It's not any of the other fans and it's coming from the cpu area.

Also, I might get a fan controller, any suggestions? I would have a total of 4 case fans and 2 heatsink fans

If you are looking for quiet but also with lots of cooling capacity I would go with something like this or the next model up.

I just got some new Corsair AF120 Performance edition. These are pretty quiet. Also look at the AF120 quiet editions if you want super silence. You can also YouTube search these fans and there will be videos trying noise.

BTW, the SP120 series is for heatsinks, no case fans. The AF120 and SP120 are used for different purposes. SP or heatsinks (static pressure) and AF (airflow) for case fans.

Also, look at the Gentle Typhoon AP-15 1450RPM for heatsink (not case) fans. Also Noctua fans are really good case fans. And Cougar fans are supposedly good for heatsinks.

I don't see why not to use them for case fans. yes they are optimal for their static pressure but CFM is CFM and the gentle typhoon CFM isn't low by any means. Only reason to go otherwise would be to save money.
