How would I go about removing them? I tried just pulling upwards but I didn't want to snap it clean off.

The big problem isn't removing the broken ones, it's removing the good ones from the other motherboard without breaking them that concerns me most.

Help please! redface.gif

Definitely contact ASUS support. Provide a detailed explanation witih good pictures. I'm sure they'd be happy to help you work something out, including sending you replacement parts.

If you would be so kind as to provide somewhere for me to contact them, I would appreciate it. smile.gif

Anyone else have a clue? ASUS hates to respond.
