The SS Sensei is an ambidex mouse more suited for claw gripping. It's shaped similar to an IMO 1.1 and is better compared to the EC2. Since you prefer palm grip I would steer you towards one of the other three I already mentioned (Zowie EC1 eVo, G400, Razer Deathadder)
The EC1 and EC2 are the same shape with different dimensions. The EC1 is larger making it easier to palm grip while the EC2 is smaller making it more suitable for claw.
I haven't used a Sensei but I do own a SS Xai which I've been led to believe performs similar (same sensor/shape). They Xai has positive acceleration which was noticeably throwing my fast twitch aiming off. I may be more prone to noticing this issue as I game at low sensitivity and require fast mouse movement. I currently use the Zowie AM which has the same sensor setup as the EC1 & EC2 eVo and it performs perfectly for me at 450dpi.
