First install wine [sudo aptitude install wine] then download the windows f@h 32-bit client (you could try 64bi but it would be much less likley to work and wouldn't change anything) and right click on the file in the file manager. are there not native clients for fah for linux? i could've swore there were? or are they limited in what they can do?

there is native client which runs even better then windows but it doesn't support gpu folding. thus most linux folders run the native on the cpu and the windows client on there gpu.

oh ok. thats because the native client doesn't support the gpu. thats why you use wine

EDIT--

not for the cpu- that runs better in linux. just use win for the gpu
