Any more news on this subject?
I'm having a similar problem (also have a CM Real Power M620).
Last week I turned my PC on and it would keep closing down after 5 seconds, then be off for 5 seconds and boot up again. It kept repeating this endlessly.
Tried a lot of things, thought it was the PSU. Got a new PSU, but it did the same thing. Brought PSU back to store, got money back.
Then I thought it was the motherboard. Found a similar motherboard, put it in, press the power button but the PC won't boot at all now and the red LED goes on at the back of the PSU.
I'm wondering if your problem really was related to your graphics card. Maybe I'm having the same problem then
