Pricing will be a factor. Nvidia has not been matching low end price to performance.
The GT650 (if it is the DDR5 version of the GT640) will compete with the HD 6670. The HD 7750 will remain the "best" card powered entirely by the motherboard slot.

Definitely wait for SEPT 12, there have been surprises.
