I'm back to squre one with my GPU usage problems

I finished my stable OC at 1333 MHz and 7200 MHz memory (although one game is artifacting, so I backed it down to 7000).

CPU OC: i5 3570K 4,5 GHz

Tried:

Skyrim
40-60% GPU usage

Train Simulator 2013
50- sometimes 90% gpu usage

Sim City 2013

30-60% GPU usage

All of the games above suffer from stuttering whenever GPU usage drops down. Besides GPU usage is erratic it goes up and down up and down which causes multiple stutters no matter if Vsync is on or off.

I'm starting to go crazy. One day it works another day it doesn't.

sucks. same thing happens to me in tf2, gpu usage goes down to like 20% and it stutters and lags and then I fire up battlefield in the background, bring it and the cpu up to 100%, alt tab to tf2 and its super smooth looking. Then later it goes down and the frame rate and smoothness drops... fak u compuper

This is some Kepler-NvDrivers issue. There is so many reports around about this problem and Nvidia didn't release any statement. I just pray it's not hardware problem because if it is there will be even more RMAs than before this stupid voltage lock.

I don't understand how can I buy a rig with really good hardware and it just doesn't perform. That's a shame cause I was gathering money for one year for this computer and now it screwed my gameplay almost in every game.

God...

I would say approx 1.21 -1.225 (1.16-1.175 + 50mv ) .

On the 607 PE forum someone measured with slider maxed (100mv) and he got around 1.3v (I don't remember to exact 0.xxx ).

An Unwinder has stated you can just add the mv amount on slider but it is not linear (that is the u6262 regulator used on both 670/660ti PE versions)

turning off V-sync should help with keeping GPU% high , I do find games like UT3 the gpu% is down compared to newer ones , what I did was raise to fps limit to 120 but that was just to make it tiny bit smoother, I had no issue of stuttering or anything . I was just messing with V-sync and benching the game to see how AA affected fps as normally its caped at like 62 .

Does this stuttering an low gpu% happen with lower clocks to , stock clocks ?

I have seen many reports of this on all different makes, models .

Well... I can't play every game with Vsync Off because the screen tearing is just dreadful and the game looks like cr**.

But even with Vsync off I get 50-99% gpu usage and it is fluctuating all the time. It's terribely erratic.

I will try with 306.97 drivers again but when I did it once there was no possitive effect.

I'm trying to find a solution but it is really bad that I can't get this GPU to work as intended. When My gpu usage drops Power % is always different (sometimes 100 sometimes 80 - it's not connected). Temps never exceeded 62 degrees and my clocks for example in World of Tanks are almost always constantly on full kepler boost speed. So I get 1333 MHz core clock and in the meantime only 30 or 50% gpu usage. Game is totally not playable cause it stutters like hell.

Sound like driver issue to me with the game, if your clocks are high but gpu is low.

Again does it happen at stock clocks and have you tried power-management in control panel>game profiles (I haven't messed with it so don't know if will help ).

Power management set to maximum performance. What is weird, that if i set it to adaptive in Windows 8 it won't set itself to adaptive until I reboot windows.

Same thing at stock clocks (even worse actually, cause maximum and minimum FPS are lower).
