Till now I was able to use either MSI AB Beta or MSI AB 2.2.3 to raise voltages. I was using beta version cause it was a newer one. Recently I've changed Nvidia drivers from 314.22 to 320.18. Everything still worked fine. After that I decided to switch back to MSI AB 2.2.3 to do some testing. Suddenly my voltage control is gone - I can put +100Mv or +0Mv - no difference in temperatures or power%.

i tried to revert back to Beta version - no luck. Tried to revert to 314.22 drivers - no luck again. My voltage control is gone.

Now what the hell happened? Did 320.18 installed something to lock this control? How is it even possible?

What is interesting - before I had tresholds of 10 - +10mv, +20mv, +30mv and so on.

Now they are +13mv +26mv +37mv and so on........ anyone got any ideas?
Hi, one thing when uninstalling AB , first remove all OC and stop it from starting at startup . once back to stock , uninstall it , then delete anything in the AB folder which might be left over .
reboot , install AB , set it up and reboot again and see if it works .

If this does not work you can try to hack the config file to unlock it but it shouldn't bee needed on 2.2.3 or beta3.0 .

here info anyway ,find AB folder then go to profile folder and open the file which starts with VEN_10xxxxxxx .
Go to the settings section and add these lines .

VDDC_Generic_Detection = 0
VDDC_uP6262_Detection = 4:30h
VDDC_uP6262_R1 = 1000
This should work on beta or 2.3.1 (any version after 2.2.3 )

Well I will try to but from what I've read on other forum it is probably caused by registry being messed up by installing older version of Afterburner. Why? Because MSI AB uninstall utility (beta) doesn't work like it should and doesn't remove everything from Your computer related to Afterburner. Sadly, the only solution I found is to reinstall whole system because MSI AB is hard to find in registry. Well... I won't do that, so I have to try to find it. smile.gif

Shame.

Does anyone have any Crysis 3 benchmark results with everything maxed out and antialiasing at around MSAAx4? I recently put together a 660TI SLI setup, each card is the same, both Gigabyte OC 2GB versions, I feel that Crysis 3 isn't running to it's full potential with my setup, at the moment I have everything maxed except for shadows at high and antialiasing at SMAAx1, I feel there may be a bottleneck. My new rig is as follows... i72600 @ 3.4Ghz (3.8Ghz Turbo Boost) | ASUS Sabertooth Z77 | G.Skill RipJawz X 2 x 8GB @ 1600Mhz | 2 x Gigabyte 660Ti OC WF Edition | Corsair GS800 V2

There got to be way to fix w/o formating .

Only suggestion I have is to try uninstalling MSI , making sure nothing left behind .
Uninstalling Nvidia driver completely , again you can try driver sweeper or some driver cleaner .

Then try installing drivers and MSI .

The way I understood it is AB hooks into the hardware, I don't think it relies on reg but could be wrong .
Do you know what beta version did this, maybe you could unpack it and look for install/setup .ini file, it might point to any reg changes it will make .
