Will take pictures and join when I get it in a few days. My first real nVidia card, and my first EVGA card, looking forward to retiring this 5870 to my girlfriends rig and pushing my games a little more. See how it copes at 1440p, I was planning a 3GB 7950 or similar, but this deal was too good to pass up!

Quick question, I assume I could flash the SuperClocked BIOS to my card without issue?
yes you can flash it with that BIOS.
might start to choke @ 1440p but for that price you can always resell or sell the 5870 and move the Ti to the girlfriend's rig in the end.

I have the EVGA 660 Ti FTW Sig 2, is it best to use MSI Afterburner or Precision Tuner to OC the card? Right now I am not planning to go into changing the voltage yet, just playing around with the standard OC since I've had this card for 2 weeks.

For some odd reason, I can't get my profiles to save in Precision Tuner, I must be doing something wrong.

Nice upgrade from a 5870...

If you know I just have two questions, is that too high for 4.2Ghz? and what are the negative impacts of having my voltage that high?

Lemme know how it goes. I have the p67 version of your MB. Do you run an assist fan on the thermal armor? Or just rip it off? The software seems pretty worthless even the radar is not very accurate.
I plan on OC once summer is over and I have a non stock CPU cooler.

The auto OC seems to be alright, it gets my i7-2600(non k) to 4.2Ghz, which is awesome. I need to do plenty of reading on manual overclocking before I jump in. I run two assist fans and I've left the thermal armor on, right now my motherboard is sitting at 25 degrees (need to double check under load) but I think it runs fairly cool. I've read that people don't like the thermal armor, not to sure as to why but it seems fine for me at the moment.

Yeah no doubt, a CPU hates summer and a stock cooler more than anything, I wrote in a post before that my CPU hit 89 degrees in a minute and was bound to rise (this is from idle temp).

make sure your profiles are unlocked(duh). Right click on a desired number and should change color, then left click on the same number and wallah, it should be saved. It took me some time to figure that also

I gave the auto a try just haven't noticed any performance jump in anything. Saving all my hardware until something that I play multiplayer daily calls for it.

The auto OC increased my 3DMark 11 score like 10% but didn't do much to my Heaven 4.0 benchmark, still I've noticed more fps in Crysis 3 and Metro LL, it's also much more stable (less dips). My system was a bit of a mess before that though.
