Places to buy my motherboard are starting to get limited, from what I see in the thread in my sig people are starting to go the used route. Just a heads up if your still thinking about it.

Thanks for the clarification on what it is your looking for. For the USB 2.0 expansion Try this out, it will take up a rear I/O expansion bay if you have an extra. (example your motherboard has 3 PCI expansion slots but your case supports 4) It's not black, but my search didn't yield any :/ it's the best I could come up with. Decent length cables, some of the others were like less than 6"

I've been meaning to get something like this for myself, but opted into just getting a 2.0 hub. Now that you bring your dilemma up I'm back to thinking about expanding my rear I/O biggrin.gif

EDIT: Oh now I remember, my WiFi + BT card is plugged into my second USB 2.0 onboard header, that's why I went with a 2.0 hub. doh.gif
For the USB 2.0 expansion to onboard, startech is a pretty decent brand. I bought a few things from them & the majority of their reviews for different cable connectors is exceptional thumb.gif

Thank you for the info, this is why I joined the PC gaming community, you's are very helpful... I'm not bashing consoles here (I like what the PS4 has to offer for its price) but the amount of naive friends I have that just play COD & FIFA on PS3 that tell me PC gaming is a waste... this is refreshing.

By the way, you're right about the motherboard, it's been taken off the website just recently that I usually buy parts off. I'll be sticking with the Sabertooth right now, I'll just switch to the new socket or to 2011, until then I just want to enjoy this build, had a few headaches myself, put it all together and it wouldn't turn on, thought my motherboard or PSU were faulty... luckily I saw the green light on my motherboard so I knew it had power, just had the front panel connectors placed incorrectly.

Yeah, it was my first build ever, did the entire thing alone. I was so upset after it didn't turn on, I was about to return the parts just for them to show me they're working, almost 2k went into all of the parts (including the monitor) and it didn't turn on, that's all that was running through my head. lucky it was just a misplacement.

Just glad my Data protection was turned on and windows 7 isn't fail. IDK how it went to sleep with stuff running anyway....swear I changed the setting too. Meh all good the new 770 is beasting anything I throw at it with 4x MSAA. 8x the fps drops severely but that is to be expected.

Glad you're enjoying the new card, I was planning on buying a 770 or 780 but it came out sooner than I expected. Think I'll wait for the 800 series, you wouldn't happen to have Need for Speed: Most Wanted? I know it's the wrong place but I can't find a single thing on the AA options or the 60fps cap.

Doubt you are missing anything at all running the 660ti in SLI....probably better to wait for 8xx cards imo. I had to jump ship from AMD....I buy games on release often and the drivers just were never there in a timely fashion. Sorry don't have NFS:MW or any racing games....waiting on a 120 hz monitor for xmas before bothering with those.

I'll figure it out, seems like that AA option was just wiped off my copy. If you're planning on NFS, you can't uncap the frames, it's stuck at 60 and there are no options for V-Sync.

With a 770, you'll love that new monitor and I agree, the Ti's are more than enough until the next series.

I just played on my PS3 about a week ago because for some reason when I tried playing zombies on my rig it would freeze my computer up everytime.
It had been more than a year since I've played zombies on PS3 and I have to say I don't think I can ever go back to FPS games on a console, (even with auto aim enabled) the precision that a mouse and keyboard offer are just eons ahead of a controller IMHO.
It's faster, more precise and just plain more comfortable. Or maybe it's just because I've gotten so used to it. biggrin.gif

Wow, I basically just said I prefer a mouse and keyboard over console controllers. I didn't think I would ever see the day when I would say that.
tongue.gif If I told myself that 2 years ago I would have said wth.gif you're kookoo.gif
