Ok so I figured it out. My bandwidth is 175.4

OC as of right now is +70 core and +650 on memory.

Cool! I'll see if I can apply the TIM I have(TIM Consultants Quantum) over the weekend. If there is a temperature increase, I will probably purchase Gelid extreme or Prolimatech PRO-PK1. The Quantum worked great on my CPU so hopefully it will work good on the GPU as well.

One more question: Is the base on the Twin Frozr IV cooler smooth? Or is it a direct heat pipe design like a CM Hyper 212?

Bottom of hyper 212:

It has a flat base (no direct heat pipes)

My ZOTAC AMP Edition 660Ti seems crashes when on load.
I tried formatting+reinstalling Windows, tried different versions of GeForce drivers, and reinstalling my driver. with no luck.
One guy told me to undo all overclocks (CPU+RAM, since my 660Ti is not overclocked) I just did that and will run some benchmarks+stress tests before packing it up and sending it to ZOTAC. I just had a phone call with a guy at ZOTAC Korea, and he told me to send it to ZOTAC Korea and they'll test it there too see if there is a problem with the card and will give me a new one for free if they decide there really is a problem with the card. I hope all goes well.

Did you set the power option to maximum performance on the nvidia settings?

No, I didn't change any settings. Would doing that solve the problem? I'll give it a shot.

-EDIT: I can't seem to find power settings in the nVidia control panel.
-EDIT: I did find it under 3D Settings.

Direct pipes wouldn't make sense without a heat spreader as there are small spaces in between.
