Mine runs 24/7 at 4.8GHz, fixed vcore, c states disabled so it never downclocks. Voltage can drop to 1.376v when idle but will jump to 1.4v under full load. Going strong many months.

I'm on air but it's quite a good air cooler.

I think i'll have upgraded to a new system before the cpu dies anyway even if my bios settings don't really let it 'rest'.
