Ok so I picked up a water cooling kit for my birthday about a month ago. Why I really got into it was because of my video card, and how notoriously hot it runs. Anyway, I should be picking up a waterblock for it soon from an ocn member (yay) but I am too poor to really be able to afford another radiator/fans etc. Would the picture below work successfully? Is there something else that you would recommend? I'm sorry for the poor quality. I did it real quick. If you are unable to see it: I have it going from the pump/res -> CPU -> radiator ->GPU and looping back to the pump/res.

just in case it is important I am just now experimenting with CPU overclock, and I would like to be able to overclock the GPU some but I have it running at stock now. Let me know what I should do!

Definitely enough if the 480 isn't overclocked a lot. That thing overloads power grids at high OC's, so to speak.
