Definately need a new PSU, <80$

Ok if at all possible I need a new PSU for under 80$, something to power my rig. I currently have a 6800gs->going to a 7600GT, and the 3700+ may be upgraded to an opty 165 within the next month or two.

This morning I woke up, tried turning on my PC- on for 3 seconds it was fine and off it went. I opened it up and disconnected 5 80mm fans, front panel lcd/led's, and both my CD drives. I tried it again and on it goes just fine.

However after in windows and into a game the PSU starts making some sound when its under full load. I set my video card OC back to stock and tried again, seemed fine. Then I set my CPU back to stock- restarted and restored my OC on the video card- was all fine. But when I have 1.475v or more on the CPU and my video card OC'd the PSU makes a noise or my system just restarts.

I'm buying a 7600GT soon as I can get the money I have into the bank, was hoping to pair it up with a NICE PSU for under 80$, if I can't find anything I'll probably save up for a 750w silencer- refurb' from PCP&C its 180$. Was hoping for one 12v rail, strong 34+amps. Anywhere will be fine but probably easiest through newegg so I can order along with the other stuff I'm going to be ordering.

Nuuo is great. Not the best effieciency, but it's cheap and fairly robust.

Looks like a deal, but I do like the modular+ extra's the Sunbeam has. Plus I've never heard of that brand name, could be good- but sunbeam is known to be pretty descent. Thanks for the suggestion!
