Is this a Noctua NH-C14 on an ASRock Z77E ITX board? If so photos please and i assume this blocks the PCIe slot?

Indeed, PCIe slot is blocked.
iGPU HD4000 should be enough for my needs on that sff rig.

2 free weeks ahead, I should find time to finish modding the case, and delid the CPU! tongue.gif

Hmmm.
Z77E-ITX and Samsung 8GB RAM. Ram will boot into CL10 2133MHz, but I can't make the RAM's clock speed any higher, yet the motherboard advertises 2800+ DDR3 speeds.

Any ideas why this is ?

[Haven't tried CL9 yet]

OC'ing is not guarranteed, the motherboard advertisement is that it can hande 2800 speeds IF the ddr3 can handle that OC.
with your logic, ANY DDR3 should be able to be overclocked to 2800 because the motherboard manufacturer advertised so.

If your RAM is as per signature, Samsung 30nm 8GB, then I'm surprised you can get it to 2133 never mind 2800.

No no no, I'm not expecting any RAM to go that high. I'm simply stating that my motherboard's DRAM Frequency choices go 1333, 1600, 1866, 2133, and that's it. It does not give me the option to push my RAM faster ...

PS. Currently stable at CL9 1866MHz

Yup, samsung 30nm RAM. It was stable at 2133 CL10, couldn't get CL9 though ... I have yet to find a way to monitor RAM temperatures [seems unheard of ]
