Not yet, I've only noticed 3 days ago that it was in fact the case not the board and it was Xmas, been very busy. Next week I will be contacting them.

I just registered to take part in this discussion. I am in the process of building my BItfenix Prodigy with the Z77E-ITX and I am excited about it. Time to retire my Q9550 @ 3.4Ghz.

What is the most popular aftermarket AIR cooler you guys are using with this motherboard and why?

I don't think I'd ever air cool in this thing, its begging for water! People seem to have good luck with the Zalman 9900 cooler, check out the Prodigy thread here: http://www.overclock.net/t/1279693/bitfenix-prodigy-owners-club

I think I am going to try to use my old Scythe Ninja with the instructions in this thread... One of the best, quiet, air coolers ever IMO!

I'm using this cooler because most of the popular air coolers just don't work with this board because of how close the CPU socket is to the PCI-E slot. Of course if you won't be using an add in graphics card that point is moot. I decided to go air even though I water cool for the most part because my rig is not for gaming and I didn't want to have to maintain a custom loop for a dedicated emulator box.
