I would not be surprised if the psu is causing the problem, I just have not heard of them before.

Ram, you could get the samsung "magic ram" its uber low profile, and can overclock like no ones business. Although it only comes in 4gb sticks so you can only get 8gb total.

GPU maybe a 7770ghz? idk what your expectations is for it.

None of the silverstones are doing it for you? SG05, FT03? What about the coolermaster elite 120? Fractal Design node 304?

Wrong ; there are 8GB DIMMs, they're just a bit more expensive

Hi everyone,

I just got this board to replace my zotac z68 itx and im having this problem that I hope you may be able to help me out with...

I wanted to test the board before putting it in my case so i hooked up my cpu (2600k) and my memory Gskill ripjaw x (F3-12800CLD8D) and my display to the dvi port. Unfortunately it boots but nothing is displayed on the monitor. Has anyone encountered this before? I think it may be the memory (could have been fried by the last board) AND the exact model is not on the approved list - so im looking at replacing it what have you guys found to be the best memory and 16gb kit, that's fully compatible??

thanks in advance for your help - sorry if this was an inappropriate place to post my question(s)...

I was considering this: corsair dominator

Its on the supported list, but its 32gb which is over the max capacity for the board, any thoughts on whether this actually works? (sorry for the double post - no edit button :-s )

Might be, it's broken now, so maybe I'll change the psu to something better after I get it back from RMA.
Can't get the magic ram just because I cannot shop online. I only found some brand here eg, corsair, g-skill, team, patriot, etc. Common suggestion if I go to computer parts store are vengeance lp and g-skill sniper.
As for GPU, still need to read more reviews, I mean I only play casual games like torchlight 2, bastion. I think the "heaviest" game on my steam is saints row 3. Max settings with anti aliasing is enough for me.
Well, i like FT03, but it really limits my hsf choices. CM 120 is cheap and cheerful, maybe I'll get that instead tongue.gif
Thx for the suggestion, back to research a bit more and probably will get the parts on weekend smile.gif

That's registered server RAM, try again.

CPU-Z bugs out when AXTU is in use. Best thing to do is not use AXTU.
