I'm all for slight modification and tight fits. My biggest issues are with me not with the products themselves. I'm going for a pure black (or as dark as I can get) look inside the case so I have a even more limited number of options to choose from. I really like the Cooler Master V6 as it's all black but am still searching for anyone who has installed it on this motherboard. My next build will be a little for flashy but for now pure darkness is what I'm going for.

P.S. - I would really also like a close loop cooler if I could only mount the radiator in the rear of the case and somehow shorten the tubing but I'm still learning about those types of coolers.

Also welcome to OCN!

Thank you. I've been away from the building scene for almost 10 years. Glad to be back and I'm loving the forums on this site.

Having only ever used a single SSD with this board I have never noticed that it only has just 2 x SATA3 6.0 Gb/s connectors =(

I'd be sad if this board was not ITX but two is not a bad deal necessarily. I use the two SATA3 6Gbs for SSDs and the two SATA3 2Gbs for much larger mechanical drives use for storage and backup. Had all of them been 6Gbs then my OCD would force me to spend money on filling them up biggrin.gif

Same here... 2x2 is plenty. I'm so happy with my two z77es.... Might even buy a third for an htpc but trying to figure out if I should wait for Haswell.

Yes. You should.

I love my z77e-itx and i'm RMAing it to get it back into this case for my next build, but even so I wish the z87 chipset would come out for 1155 boards.. because I think the z87e-itx would be great with my 3770k frown.gif

My first one died after 6 months, then the replacement was really cheap and died in 2 weeks and asrock keeps telling me they want me to send in my whole computer (because they dont believe that their board died)

So is the maximum overclock on this board with a 3770K around 4.6GHz? Seems like people can't really get past that and I'm in the same boat. Even with a custom loop the board refuses to be stable @4.7GHz !
