Hello.
I have been using a zowie ec1 evo for quite some time now (6/11 with 1150 dpi and 1000 Hz) and i like it very much. However, im having some issues related to friction and i think i could mitigate it if i could reduce the weight of the mouse. It weighs 97 g and i am wondering if anyone here knows how i can remove as much weight as possible. I dont need the scroll, not using any side buttons. Basically i only need the sensor and the 2 main buttons while leaving the shape and the stability intact. I assume some people here have experience with modding mice, how much do you think i can reduce the weight of my ec1 evo? And how should i go about it?

I use a hybrid, but even when im doing a palm grip on this modded one it feels good. The area that is removed wouldnt have touched my hand even when palming it (my palming is not so my fingertips are at the very end of the buttons though, i guess someone who palms and also places his hand far up on the mouse would be affected indeed).
