So today I upgraded from 4gb of g.sklill pi series ram which was oc'd to 1805mhz at 6-8-6-24 timings at 1.65v, today i put in my new corsair vengeance 8gb of ram and I was trying really hard to get it to run at 1800mhz, but no matter what i tried it wouldnt, i then for ****s and giggles set it to 2140 mhz (i believe this was the highest speed) and now it works, no more BSOD, cpuz, dxdiag all show the full 8gb, im about to run super pi, why wont the 1800mhz setting work but the 2100 mzh does?
