This thread is to post geographical information regarding core temps for overclocked CPU.

I'd like to see a huge range of results from aroudn the world and what everyone does to deal with winter and summer.

To hopefully comile into a database and reference guide.

To start things off...

I have a i7-950 running at 4Ghz over Winter. Had the first partially hot day 30C and saw my temps go from 50-60 on load, to 80+

Time for me to roll back to stocks I think.

Note: I live down under, summer is just starting - will be a hot one this year "El Nino"

My house is always 76F inside, no matter what time of the year it is. My temps never change.

I am really looking forward to building a zero-net energy home (LEED Platinum), so that I can keep one room a constant 65F and just use my computer to heat it up any further.

Today was actually the first "cool" day since summer began, here in southern Ohio. It's actually rather chilly out tonight.
