I recommend giving this some thought.

I've had mine about 3 weeks, I bought it as soon as I saw the video posted. It is, imo, of higher quality than my Deathadder 3.5G.

Omron "style" switches (It is Chinese, after all). They might actually be Omrons but I don't care to open up the mouse.

You didn't mention what type of grip style you use, so without giving that any consideration a few mice which you should be able to find relatively cheaply or which are regularly discounted may include:

Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical
Logitech G300
Logitech G400
Logitech MX518
Gigabyte M6900
Gigabyte M6980
Steelseries Xai
Steelseries Kinzu

I'm not sure if you'll find any for under $20, I know in the UK I've seen the prices of these mice fluctuate a lot. The Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical, the Gigabyte mice, Kinzu and G400 are all regularly priced around the $20-$30 mark (exchange rate permitting).

Look around for a discount on the Razer Abyssus or Deathadder or Logitech G400. The Wheelmouse optical is also a really cheap and good alternative.

MX518 is such an amazing mouse, even if you could find one used... Jump on it. You won't regret it wink.gif The G400 is supposed to be the successor to the MX518. It's also supposed to be really good, and cheap like the 518 always was.

The G400 is amazing. I believe that it is pretty much the same as the MX-518, but without angle snapping on the newer models.

G400 is a nice budget mouse. Some cost cutting done from the 518, but still decent.

If it's still being sold the Sharkoon Fireglider may be a great option
it has a good dpi (3600)
comes with macro's, and weights
also has a nice bag and 2 sets of extra scates. From my experience the thing is durable as I am still on my first set of skates after more than 2 years and the mouse itself is also still in very good shape.
It's rather big though basically the size of the biggest razer mouse exactly the length and a bit wider in front.
