The cooling is not the problem, but at that point you may need to start thinking about replacing the internal TIM to liquid metal. It's rare to see an Ivy on 5GHz with around 1.35v or less. If possible stick with 4.7 or 4.8GHz, you don't see much gain over another 100~200 clocks and you exponentially need more voltage once you're past 4.7GHz.
