Spanish TV for my Grandmother

Ok, so my Grandmother wants Spanish TV and can only use a TV. She can't use an iPad (already tried with a Spanish TV app). This isn't my are of expertise so I have no idea which satellite to get etc. I don't want to have to stream the channels because she doesn't have wi-fi in her flat, but it would be possible. If I'm going to need to, then I can pay a small subscription fee but no more than 25 euros per month. Remember this has to be as easy for her to use as possible. What channels she gets aren't that important but I do know that she likes dramas.
