Remember,this was his first ever build.He had to include things like keyboard,mouse,OS,monitor,fans, etc.All this adds up,a lot.The only things I see that was probably overpriced are the PSU and the 32GB of RAM.The case maybe,but then that is largely dependent on what the customer likes as far as styling.The ToughPower Grand is pricey,but it comes with a 7 year warranty.To say he didn't research and got ripped off is very rude and insulting tbh.Very clearly he did,and did a good job for his first time.
