Cleaning my stock heatsink and Processor

Thread Starter
I'm in the process of lapping my heatsink, and reapplying the thermal paste, but since all the other times I've cleaned the heat sink, I've only used a wet piece of toilet paper, I'm wondering about which of the following would be better to use.

I've got a bit of 70% Isopropyl Alcohol (best in the house, couldn't find any when I got my sand paper)
And some "LPS Electro Contact Cleaner" Which apparently "Cleans, degreases, No Residue, Anti Static, Safe on all surfaces"

Should I opt for the LPS stuff over the 70% Isopropyl...

According to the PDF I found (no thanks to the can itself :/) it contains Isohaxene and Isopropyl Alcohol.

Unfortunately, the can I have uses FCFs for the propellant :/ lol.

I also don't appear to have a nozle to spray it with :/ Well, I'll figure something out, if it's a better product than just using household cleaners.
