Hi,
Just filling and bleeding my loop at the moment, and when I turn off the pump, the water refills the rest, and when I turn it on, it goes down, how do I fully fill it up so that it does not go up and down in the res

Thats normal it takes time just let it run it down some will come back but gravity will prevail.

Water level will vary slightly when you turn on/ turn off your pump because the pump creates a pressure difference to drive the water. Air is very compressible so it will react to the change in pressure. You can't get rid of it without filling your reservoir completely but that is a bad idea. Having some flexibility in your loop would help prevent pressure from putting unnecessary strain on all your parts.

Will it sort itself out? If I have the port open on the top of my resume then it overflows when turning the pump off, but if I turn it on again I have like 2-3 inches of water in the reservoir

You still have air in your loop, most likely in a radiator.

You need to bleed the loop by running the pump and tilting the case. CAP YOUR RES FIRST! We don't want any spills.

Try to imagine how the water travels through the loop and tilt it so that the air can escape upwards. Because the radiator tubes make a U shape you will have to tilt in a few different directions. Turning the pump on and off can also help to shift bubbles.

Once all the air is out you will need to top off the res. When the loop is properly bled then the water level should only drop by a very small amount when the pump is turned on (1-2mm, 1/16").

Thats what I would do and let all the air take your time cant rush it.
