I recently purchased the dual bay xspc d5 reservoir and a swiftech mcp655 and I'm trying to decide where to place the pump in my rig when I go to assemble it this weekend. I know that by disassembling the pump and attaching it to the back of the reservoir I void the warranty but this is a tempting risk considering how clean it makes the entire WC system look.
Anyone have any advice regarding whether to attach it to the reservoir or to simply mount it in the bottom of my case? Pros and cons are appreciated.
