When you are on a mac you are part of this weird tip of clic where you are special in a world of windows. Same with Linux all the kids in my school that use linux have those tux t shirts they always where to show there pride for Linux.
Okay, I was just making sure, when money is tight impulse buys are the spawn of satan.

Why does everyone like mac so much, they aren't really that good. I have used them before and the OS just seems to frivolous for me. Simple tasks just seem harder to do like closing out a program or something like that.

But the only thing worse than the actual computer is the people who use them. I tried talking to someone and all I got was "Liek Oh my gawd macs are just soooooo much better, they are shiny and stuff.. You don't get viruses or nything lke that" Its impossible to have a conversation with them.

I will end with this picture to help you apple people understand

gg apple for beating out windows me, im sure you will overcome windows 98 soon

I was bored one day and built one on Newegg.com with as close to the specs of an average G5 that I built on their site, and I even made a few things a little better on the PC, and it was like $2700 for the PowerMac and like $1,900 for the PC, including monitor, case, mouse/keyboard.

That was before the Intel Macs though, but I doubt they would change their prices drastically.

Well, G5s don't compare to intel processors, so your argument is flawed. I challenge you to try and make a cheaper workstation then the Mac Pro on Newegg now.

why don't you just babysit little kids or something, you make a crapload of tax free money that way. And try to be a bag boy or something. If you really want to make money you can definetly find ways to.

But why do you even want a mac so bad to begin with?

They will buy your hardware, for a fair price!
