Which Card: 7950 950MHz, or, 7950 Vapor-X ?

Greets all. I think the title summarizes it nicely, but here is what I'm referring to:

Which of these two cards is preferable:
* Sapphire 7950 950MHz: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102991
* Sapphire 7950 Vapor-X: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202003

Mainly, what are the pro's and con's of the two cards, given that they're so close?

Also, is the boost feature truly a benefit, or does it add its own headaches?

Much appreciation.

the Sapphire HD 7950 950 Mhz edition uses a reference HD 7970 PCB , so if in the future you want to watercool the card will be compatible with any ref HD 7970 waterblock. the Sapphire HD 7950 Vapor-X uses a custom design PCB. At stock speeds the HD 7950 950 Mhz edition will not perform like a HD 7950 at 950 Mhz . You will need to max out the power options to +20% for the card to run at 950 Mhz consistently otherwise it will be fluctuating between 850 (default core clock) and 950 Mhz (boost clock). the sapphire HD 7950 950 Mhz edition will consistently run at 950 Mhz and perform as HD 7950 at 950 Mhz. If you are manually overclocking it does not matter. As for the cooler the vapor-x is the newer design and better cooler than the dual x.
