Based on Linus - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pvwt2wRh2w0 and this review - http://www.guru3d.com/article/msi-big-bang-z77-mpower-review/ I wouldn't hesitate with getting the MSI.

I know people rag on MSI but they've recently stepped up their game and have been listening to their fan base regarding OC friendly and OC quality boards.

This will definitely be my new board since I plan to upgrade in a few weeks or so!

I currently own an asus p8z68 v pro so it is pretty similar to the newer p8z77 v pro and I would get the msi board in a heart beat. The guru 3d review helped to convince me a little, but the msi board can oc genie 3770k to 4.7ghz. Imagine what you can do with a little manual tweaking and a solid 3770k. Both boards are great so you can't go wrong either way

Yes! That matte black with yellow is an amazing color scheme. Yeah the 680 lightening on that board would be mouth watering. Plus some of this ram would make a very visual pleasing build indeed http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA0ST0DV4424
