So my reservoir started to leak, so i had to come up with a simple res to use while i wait on a new one.








Best res i have had so far tongue.gif easy to get air out of the system when i had to fill it up, and no air coming in =3

Every Res will waste pump power. The water enters and the flow is killed in the process. The only way to avoid that is to run a T-line instead. Really its nothing worth making note of.

Yeah what is the story about "wasting pump power".Could you hook up an amp meter and see the pump pull more amps with the open res.Would a flow meter show reduced flow with an open res.I do not really like the return blowing up through the res. but it does not seem to make a pratical difference
