I find their PCB to be crap. Considering most of my boards are Gigabyte, and thus have super-strong PCB, the one and only ASRock I have ever bought personally scared the crap out of me when it bent as I was putting in the SATA connectors.
They're great for the price, and they've been recommended with most Z77 builds (the E4/E6), but I wouldn't own one for that reason alone.

ASRock is low/mid end. But how are G.Skill and Rosewill crap?
Downgrade your PSU to a Capstone 750 or X750. 850 is not needed.
I'd get a $1600 system and $400 into custom water cooling.
Rosewill it depends. I've seen it go both ways.
G.Skill on the other hand, there is nothing crap about them. I remember when their 2x4GB 1600 9-9-9 kit was just $35 on newegg, everyone I know who was into computers got a kit.Edited by KyadCK - 9/9/12 at 3:58pm
