Monitor Calibration

Thread Starter
Just a quick question: Do monitors of the same model calibrate the same with consistant results?

As in if montior X was calibrated to Y settings and monitor Z was calibrated to Y settings with Monitor X and Z being the same model, would the picture quality look the same or is it different per monitor? I want to know because its going to affect my future choice of monitor (Something that looks better out of the box or something that requires calibration that I'm too lazy to do myself)

Bump

Also: Reponse time vs Input lag -> Which one would be better to have lower? Obviously, optimal would be having both of them extreamly low.
