Asus M5A97 Overclocking...Should it be done? - Page 2

I have this board with a FX-6100 95 watt. I can't get the NB over 2700 mhz stable or the proc higher than 4.3 stable... plus the bios sometimes lock up after 5 or so reboots and require me to clear the CMOS... I'm getting rid of mine ASAP...

No, Im not really worried about the 945. I might try to OC it for fun in the mean time, but Im really wondering about overclocking on this board because Im planing on upgrading to a Piledriver chip when they come out. Since they will be unlocked, Im pretty sure I will want to OC it.
