Who knows? lol.

Boot to bios, let her idle for 10 minutes to get a baseline off the cpu temp. Then go to windows open up that app, and let it idle for 10 minutes and the number closest to bios cpu temp at idle is your cpu temp. Freaking AMD lol.

Turns out the cpu idle temp is 21c. Still, that's crazy good! I found the temp in hw monitor and with prime95 small FFT I max out at 35c still.

i think that won't work, bios idle and OS idle are different,

Temps are the same. Google it or try it.

not absolutely sure about my statement, but it seems like bios environment uses more resources than OS idle, thus making bios hotter than os idle

If your CPU is idling at room temperature then the sensor is broken. The only way something sits at room temperature is if it generates no hea (or has a 100% efficient heatsink). My guess is the sensors are off by a fixed amount, like 5c. Unless your house is really cold, I've never seen an air-cooled CPU idle at 69F at normal ambient temperatures.
