Might get that checked out. It could be bad for you, for example you may have an increased heart rate, or blood pressure. I'm sure your metabolism is extremely high if you're hot all the time.

My heart is alright, but I think you might be right about a really high metabolism because I eat 3-1600 calorie meals a day and am underweight.

yes..your max temps from what I've seen are 38c. very good..What's your OC?
hmm..I'm idling @ 40c..(ihs temp) 52c under load..ambient is 26c..Have no core monitoring because it's an unlocked x2

I've heard that too high of a metabolism can be a bad thing, not sure how reputable this is, but it might be worth looking into. It it's just a metabolism issue there are ways to help slow it down: http://www.theiflife.com/too-fast-a-metabolism-accelerates-aging/
