There both retail. Basically if you own a store you will get that product at market value say $200 but when you as the store owner will sell it at the retail price which could be $300. There is not difference between the 2 products other than name and one may be overclock or something. But the word retail mean's nothing in this case.

In the UK, 'retail' with regard to PC components usually refers to packaging. For example a 'retail' CPU will be in the original Intel box with a HSF, the non-retail version will not. The retail version of Windows is in a pretty box, the non-retail version is in a brown cardboard box, and is cheaper.
