I basically have a RASA kit that I pieced together. I got a block for free and then picked up the EX240 and the pump resovior combo.

Has a raystorm block (better block) a D5 pump resovior combo (better pump) and an EX240 which should work out nicely at is $240.
Keep in mind that any air cooling (even a water loop exchanges with air) is limited by the ambient temperature in the room. It gets cool here at night and my temps drop quite a bit even with high voltage. However during the day it still gets in the 80s and my temps start going from low 60s upto the mid 70s by noon or 1.

Thank you that info, I will consider the ex240 over the RX, Noise doesn't bother me so having the fans faster is not a problem. Slimmer will help me make it fit better too

What is the significance of sub 60C temp vs. a mid 60 to low 70 temp?? That small difference is not going to make your chip last years longer as either are great load temps given you are running OC.

Some of the reason I want an open loop is for the look of it. I've always liked how open loops looked. The problem is my cpu has been hitting 75C with the new v7 client (vs 65-68 with v6), and thats with my current ambient of only 70F and my cpu is close to 75C. In summer the room gets 85+ so cpu temps will probably climb into the 80C and I'd rather not have it get that warm, and I also don't want to lower my clock and reduce my points per day, which is why I was thinking open loop. So if I can get it into low to sub 60C now, It gives me more room in the summer for the temp to rise, if that makes any sense.
