New Gaming Rig - What do you think? - Need some Help

So just sold my old pc for $600 and looking to build something new within the next week or so.

Currently have 3 monitors (24" Viewsonics) 1920x1080 resolution, i do NOT use eyefinity. Just gaming on center monitor and others are on for browser, gpu/cpu monitor, etc etc.

Specs of old PC...

-HAF 932 Full tower
-Discontinued Gigabyte Mobo (was only $99 at the time of purcahse) Ultra 3 Durable series i believe?
- AMD Phenom X6 1055T @ 3.4GHz
-G.Skill 8gb 1600MHz
- 6850/6870 Crossfire @ 10% overclock.
-1TB HDD
-750w PSU
-Custom water cool loop. Reso > Pump > 6870 > Rad > CPU > Rad > Reso

That pc ran very well, I played most games at max/high settings with shadows and AA turned down some and usually was like 30-60fps.

Just started playing GW2 and I was running about 45+ FPS playing solo, would dip no lower than about 35-40FPS in PvP, but then would dip under 30dps in towns and big open raids with people.

I want my new build to be able to run 60 FPS and no lower than 40-45FPS in raids/cities. for GW2 and other games. I don't have an unlimited budget and this is why im here.

This is what i have for my build so far. (Using NEWEGG for links, but probably won't buy many things from them since they kill me with shipping and I live in NJ so i get taxed.)

CASE: NZXT SWITCH 810
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146088

CPU: Intel i5 2500K
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115072

Mobo: ASRock Z77 Pro4 ATX
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157296
^^ Comes with free OCZ Agility 3 SSD, Reason why i picked this.(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227725)

RAM: G.Skill 8gb 1600MHz
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231416

PSU: CX600
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139028

GPU: 7950
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100006662&IsNodeId=1&Description=7950&bop=And&Order=PRICE&PageSize=20
Not sure which one to pick from the list.

I will be overclocking the CPU & GPU for gaming, and depending on where my budget ultimately lands will be keeping the rig air cooled until a couple paychecks to go with another water-cooled loop.

I also have a Corsair Force3 120GB SSD that i will be using along with the OCZ A3 if i choose that mobo.

QUESTIONS/CONCERNS:

1. Do you think this is enough for what im trying to do?
2. Any better options? (Please give links to item if possible and state reason why its the better choice)
3. Can anyone link good products for my water-cool loop or kit that i should get?
4. My budget is ~$1200 right now for the main components.
-CPU
-MoBo
-PSU
-RAM
-CASE
-GPU

If you feel like you can build something better, please do! (Only want full tower case for future/present water-loop.)

Thank you to everyone who will be helping me out! Looking forward to building my new pc!

Do you have a Microcenter close by? You can save a bunch of money getting the CPU and motherboard there.

The closest microcenter is around Philly, about 1 Hour from my house, Think it would be worth it for me to drive there to pick this stuff up?

Depends on how much of a gas hog your car is. The one you're referring to isn't actually in Philly, it's in the Radnor area. Let me put it this way, the CPUs are typically around $50 cheaper and you usually get $50 off a motherboard with purchase of a CPU. The $20 promo code on the CPU right now and the free SSD kill the deal, but when those deals don't exist on Newegg, Microcenter wins.

An example would be:

AsRock Z77 Extreme6
3570k

Newegg: $409.98
Microcenter: $328.58 (thats even with paying the 6% sales tax in PA)

If you buy a 60GB Agility 3 from Microcenter with it, it's still cheaper, but between gas (depending on your car) it makes it a wash. Again, the 60GB SSD deal kind of offsets the point I am trying to make.

Yeah, If i could buy all the parts there for about the same cost i would pay online i would just go there, But as you stated it wouldnt be that much of a savings, plus its easier for me to just order online.
