Yes. The GTX660Ti draw <180w and an i5-3570k setup draws <~100w without overclocks. That's <~280w during semantics (Furmark and Prime95). It will be lower during typical use. You even could run an OCed i5-3570k setup with an GTX 680 on a solid 450w PSU.

If you need some verification:
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/GTX_660_Ti_Power_Edition/26.html
http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cpus/2012/05/01/intel-core-i5-3570k-cpu-review/7

First link shows that the 660Ti max at 164w at DC power. Second link shows it draws 161w for the entire system that has an idled 590 at AC output (Assuming 80% efficiency and taking out the power consumption of the 590, the actual power draw is under 100w).

I think you need a psu with 120mm length because the space for the psu is exactly 140 or something like that but it needs a smaller psu than most.

160mm long PSUs with typical modular connectors will fit in the Prodigy. Check any number of Prodigy build log threads to see Corsair AX650 / 750 / 850 (way overkill of course), etc., fitting—Seasonic X Series (850W and below) are the same. Silverstone Strider Plus would also fit, but you probably don't want the 500W version because it's an inferior design.
