Can't find my memory specs and help on overclocking it

I have 2 sticks of 8GB Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10. Funny thing is, I can't find this RAM on the Corsair web site anywhere. I searched, looked through their product listings... nothing. Google shows it for sale at various places, but... I wanted to see if I could find manufacturer specs on it.

It is rated at 1600 MHz, 10/10/10/27, CR=1, 1.5V. It runs fine at that. If I try to increase timing by one (9/10/10/26), or increase speed by one setting to 1800 MHz, it won't even boot to bios. Even after increasing the ram voltage to 1.55.

I had been using this guide for overclocking the CPU:
http://www.overclock.net/t/1198504/complete-overclocking-guide-sandy-bridge-ivy-bridge-asrock-edition

I found this very helpful post:
http://www.overclock.net/t/1299640/first-time-ocing-ram#post_18037069
(which doesn't say anything about VCCIO as the one below does)

And this one:
http://www.overclock.net/t/1300024/unable-to-overclock-new-ram

but I'm not sure what to do. Oh wait, it does list a safe VCCIO range of 1.02 to 1.08, so I can give that a try...

umm, google?

oc'ing ram won't really benefit. I tried several times and even in synthetic benchmarks increases is really not worth

Yes, I saw that, as I mentioned the various places selling it, too. But that has no information. I was looking to see if there were product manuals or tech specs that would list voltage tolerance or any kind of information like that. But I guess they don't have anything like that anyway, so it doesn't matter. But it is strange to not see the product one has on the manufacturer website.
