I got one in on a RMA too that is taking its time as well. The initial RMA request was fast though. I know they have had it since last Wednesday. I am betting my RMA status will get update today tough

I never even got a conformation email that they received my RMA request.

OH? I got one in minutes, but it was just a auto-generated one. About 12 hours later I got an email that was at least designed to look like it came from a real person with my RMA number and mail instructions.

you can go online and keep an eye on your RMA number. I'd baby sit yours pretty good. It looks like something might have been screw ball with it from the beginning.

I just called they said that it has not been filled yet. I ask why does it take up to 48 hours? They said there there are a lot of advanced replacement requests from all over the world. So does this mean their products are not holding up?

I think they are as good as any one else. The board I sent them almost made it to the end of the three year warranty. The warranty would have ended in December
