[PCG] You can permanently lose items purchased with real money in The War Z - Page 5

What I think is that people are gonna pay for some crazy items and then get killed somehow. Once they die, they would be like wow all the money i spent just got lost and then rage quit. Thats just what i think of it and why I think its not a very good idea to let players buy items and then permanently loose them. They should just not be an option to buy items so the game is all fair and based on skill and luck on finding items etc.

Instead of permanently loosing purchased items, it should be that you don't get it back until your reset your character on the particular server you died on. And if they did my idea, to prevent duplication they could make it disappear from the body when you die so it's not lootable.

Also, the original statement was "I heard that this game was announced before Day Z." Keyword being, 'announced.'

not sure what that link was suppose to show..

there are zombie mods for EVERY GAME..(DAYZ is a mod itself)

giving it a larger map and sandbox is far from "ripoff"

dayz is buggy garbage..im surprised its popular..it just shows that theres missing niches that the fat companies cant please by releasing the same garbage over and over with huge budgets

The items disappearing is a good idea but i still think there shouldnt even be a system about buying items ingame at all. It will make the game very imbalanced and unfair.

I would prefer it if you had to pay for ammo for high-end weapons.

Feel the cost of firing an AS50 and killing another player.
