Hmm...I've never heard of this till now. I can't help but get a Ultima Online feel from it even though it is still classed based and it isn't just because of the top down view. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

For anyone wondering, it is a lot like D2 in the gameplay department. The game starts out a little slow and clunky and there are actually things like attack rating and accuracy... You don't hit every time early on so keep that in mind. It is basically everything D3 should have been minus the graphics but the game still has a while to go. There is so much different currency in the game it's ridiculous; no gold. A huge passive skill tree and deep end game system(months/years to get to max level) and a wonderful Map system will make an aRPG freak go nuts.

With that said it's still in closed beta... Graphics are really good IMO(Maxed settings/Forced AF). Act 2 in the jungle with the lighting hitting the ground from the trees... The game's graphics have huge potential(While still having that dark, gritty texture that we all came to love in the real Diablo series), but actual character animations/skins/gear skins are all still very early. Only within the past year have they redesigned/skinned the UI(Which looks fantastic).

I'd say give it a shot. By the time it releases it will be the best thing since Diablo 2 and possibly much better, in that it will be free.
