I'll probably get the more expensive parts shipped to my uncles such as the processor, video card, and memory. So go ahead and make builds for the states. If I can find the parts cheap in Canada I'll get it here.

The RAM, and maybe the GPU, would be a good idea, the rest come out to about the same as the US prices

Raid is pointless unless you want to reduce load times
