If you're going to have enough room to physically install the Capstone, then I assume that's the better choice because it's known to be a high quality unit and it has a lower price. Otherwise, if it's physically too big, then a true small form factor PSU would be the only way to go.

This calculator is inaccurate, so adding 200W will make it worse. I have seen that the experts here on OCN have found that it's best to avoid it entirely.
That's about 6.30 inches, so therefore I think I would go with the Capstone - but that's just because I don't know how good or bad that Silverstone unit is.
Oh, we're talking about your sig rig. Yeah, that's absolutely right. The Capstone can continuously deliver 450W, and NVIDIA is only recommending a PSU that has a peak delivery capacity of 450W - so you're actually looking at an overkill PSU. ;)
